The European Accessibility Summer School took place from 26-27 June 2025 at Villa La Torrossa in Fiesole (Florence), as part of the APACE project.

The 𝗘𝘂𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗮𝗻 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗦𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗿 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 took place from 26-27 June 2025 at Villa La Torrossa in Fiesole (Florence), as part of the 𝗔𝗣𝗔𝗖𝗘 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁

Over two days, the Summer School gathered publishers, accessibility experts, and stakeholders from across Europe to:

  • Deepen their knowledge of accessibility regulations and standards
  • Share strategies and challenges through roundtables and hands-on workshops
  • Explore real case studies on inclusive publishing workflows, from metadata to distribution
  • Build cross-sector connections for more inclusive and sustainable publishing practices
